The Pro licence covers automatic updates and support for one website. It does not gate installed payment functionality. The add-on requires Free; its additional payment forms use Classic Checkout. Adyen processing charges are separate.

Ask us about your setupDo I need Pro to accept card payments?
No. Credit and debit card payments, 3D Secure handling, captures, refunds and signed webhook updates are included in Free. The free plugin does not require a Digital Apps licence.
Does Pro work with Checkout Blocks?
The additional Pro payment forms use WooCommerce Classic Checkout and the order payment page. Checkout Blocks card payments are supplied by the required Free plugin. Do not choose Pro expecting its additional methods to appear in Checkout Blocks.
Do I need an Adyen merchant account?
Yes. You connect your own Adyen merchant account. Adyen processing charges are separate from the Digital Apps Pro licence. Payment-method availability depends on your Adyen account, merchant configuration and supported shopper environment.
What does the Pro licence cover?
The Pro licence covers automatic updates and product support for one website. It does not enable, disable or limit installed payment functionality. Pro is a separately installed add-on and requires the Free plugin.
What should I check before launch?
Test each enabled method, authentication step, capture, refund and webhook flow in your own Adyen Test account. Complete Adyen’s go-live requirements and configure the account-specific Live URL prefix. Pro methods are separate integrations, so Free Card test evidence should not be treated as validation of every Pro method.
Can I use my own order references?
Yes, with Pro. Add a reference prefix and use the {orderID} and {date} placeholders to match your store’s reference format.
